Neetu Kapoor says: Bass, I’m going, but still it should have such good qualities that I stay behind

Actress Neetu Kapoor and her husband late Rishi Kapoor were considered to be one of the most beloved couples of Bollywood. She recently held a prayer meeting for him 11 months after her death. In an appearance in The Kapil Sharma Show in 2017, she spoke about her marriage.

On the show, Neetu said in Hindi, it’s been 37 years and everyday, there comes a moment when I think: Bass, I am leaving. At that time, the crowd, hosts Kapil Sharma, and Judge Navjot Singh Sidhu came out laughing. Neetu said, but still, it should have such good qualities that I stay behind.

After battling cancer for almost two years on April 30, 2020, Rishi died in a hospital in Mumbai. Neetu remembers her regularly in Instagram posts, in which she talks about her days.

Sharing a clip from the 1975 film Zinda Dil, he mentioned what it was like when they first danced together. Our first dance, she wrote. In January this year, they shared a video of their moments together and wrote: Justate must have turned 41 today.

On Thursday, 11 months after his death, he wrote: From today, Rishi’s 11-month prayer meeting felt like sharing a few moments from our last trip to NYC. She shared a video of her strolling the streets of New York.

Talking about 2020, Neetu had said that she could not do it without her children – Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Ranbir Kapoor. Posting another throwback picture with the sage, he said: 2020 was quite a roller coaster, when you left I thought that the deer caught in the deer is not where there was a stone in the form of the time not to go, Gave me something to look forward to.
